The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the legal heirs of the sole Respondent No.1 who had passed away on 15th April 2021. The Application is filed on 23rd April 2024. Therefore, even considering the period of suspension of limitation as directed by the Supreme Court, due to COVID-19 pandemic from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022, there is delay of about 2 years. 2.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application and in the interest of justice the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer caluse (a), on condition that the Applicant pays costs of Rs.10,000/- to the Respondent.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days. Amended copy be served on all the Respondents within a period of 14 days thereafter.
