The only prayer pressed by the Petitioners is expeditious consideration of the revision application preferred by the Petitioners before the State Government which is stated to be pending since June 2024.

Pursuant to the order dated 15.01.2024, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the revision application would be Husen 1/2

Accordingly, the following directions would serve ends of justice: (a) The Petitioner's application for grant of interim relief shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from receiving a copy of this order. The said application be decided on its own merits and after hearing of all the parties.
(b) The Revision Application be decided within a period of six months from receiving a copy of this order.

It is clarified that all points on merits sought to be raised by either parties are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions. Pending Interim Application is also disposed of.
