The Applicants seek restoration of the Writ Petition which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. Reasons for failure to remove the office objections have been indicated in paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 of the Application.

In view of aforesaid, the Writ Petition is restored subject to office objections being removed within a period of four weeks from 1/2 ADN
