Mr Datar, Learned Counsel for the Applicants Submits that Appellant No. 1 has since filing of the present First Appeal passed away on 15th July 2024. The Death Certificate is attached at Exhibit-1 to the present Interim Application.

In view of this, I deem it fit to allow the Interim Application in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read thus:

(b) that names of Appellant No. 2 to 6 be shown as heirs and legal representatives of deceased Appellant No. 1." 3.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 22nd November 2024.
