Interim Application has been preferred seeking permission to unconditionally withdraw the petition. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner draws the attention of this Court to paragraph no.2 of the application wherein it is stated that the parties have arrived at family settlement recorded by way of memorandum executed on 22nd July 2023. He points out to the family arrangement annexed at page No.7 of the Interim Application whereby the Petitioner has given certain undertakings and seeks the undertakings to be accepted by this Court.

As the Petition is sought to be withdrawn in view of the family Patil-SR 1 of

904 Ia-12757-2024.doc settlement, the statements and undertakings given in the family arrangement dated 22nd July 2023 are accepted as undertakings to this Court.

Interim application is allowed. Writ petition stands withdrawn in view of the family settlement.
