Interim Application has been preferred seeking extension of time and condonation of delay of 28 days in furnishing renewed Bank Guarantee dated 2nd September 2024 and for directions to the Registry to accept the same from the Applicant.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant would submit that the delay of 28 days was caused due to inadvertence and oversight on the part of the Applicant and Order of 16th March 2023 would be frustrated if the delay is not condoned.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents does not seriously oppose the Application.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the delay of 28 days for furnishing the renewed Bank Guarantee dated 2nd September 2024 stands condoned. Registry is directed to accept the Bank Guarantee subject to the satisfaction of the Registry as to the Bank Guarantee furnished.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
