The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of the Sole Petitioner, who passed away on 18th May 2024. The Sole Petitioner is survived by the seven Applicants. The Interim Application has been immediately filed on 24th June 2024. 2.

Mr. Anuj Tiwari, learned Counsel for the Applicants states that during the pendency of this Interim Application, the Applicant No.1 - Sumantai Chandrabhan Raut passed away and she is survived by Applicant Nos.2 to 7.

Accordingly, the Applicants to carry out appropriate amendment

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. 5.
