16 (i) IA 12807 of 2024 (C) .doc 11th January 2023 before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Nashik [Tribunal]. The Claimant No. 1 is the wife whereas Claimant No. 2 is minor son and Claimant No. 3 is the mother of the deceased. Apportionment is already made by the Tribunal. This is Application for withdrawal.

The Claimant Nos. 1 and 3 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount alongwith interest.

Withdrawal is permitted as per the apportionment done by the Tribunal on furnishing usual undertaking.
