By an order dated 18th September 2024, this Court had directed the Appellant to remove all other office objections within a period of four weeks from the said date, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.

Considering this was a self operative order, we extend the time to remove office objections by 4th November 2024. Needless to clarify that if office objections are not removed on or before the said date, the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 5.

The above Praecipe is accordingly disposed of. 6.
