By this Application, applicants who had preferred Original Application No.820 of 2023 pray that they be impleaded as respondents in the writ petition as a challenge has been raised to the common judgment of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dated 26/02/2024 passed in Original Application Nos. 820/2023 and 1395/2023. Since the common judgment of the Tribunal has been challenged, it would be necessary to implead the applicants as respondents in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed. Applicants shall be impleaded as respondent nos. 5 and 6 in the writ petition. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. The Interim Application is disposed of.
