Respondent No.1 was injured. Earlier Advocate Mr. S. N. Chandrachood used to represent him. After death of Respondent No.1 now Mr. Pande, learned Advocate is appearing for the legal heirs. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the widow of Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount alongwith the accrued interest on furnishing a usual undertaking with the Tribunal.
