1) This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.25360 of 2022 which was dismissed for non-compliance of Order dated 27th February 2024, passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I), inter alia for not removing office objections within stipulated period. 1.1) There is a delay of 174 days delay in filing present Application. 2) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, for condonation of delay, the Applicant will pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from date of uploading present Order on the official website of High Court, 1/2

3) Subject to payment of cost within a stipulated period as noted above, delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (I) and (II).

4) Applicant/Petitioner is directed to remove office objection(s), within a period of four weeks from the date of payment of cost, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
