Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dated 25 April 2024 dismissing Writ Petition (ST) No.18023 of 2023 for non-removal of office objections stands set aside by condoning the delay of 88 days in taking out the application, subject to the Applicant removing office objections within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

It is clarified that in the event, the office objections are not removed within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.

Interim Application stands disposed.
