On the backdrop of our earlier orders dated 14 February 2025, the proceedings are placed before us today. An amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) is already received by the applicant. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties are willing to explore the possibility of settlement as observed by us in paragraph 2 of the said order. The parties intend to appoint Shri. Ram Apte, Senior Advocate of this Court, as a mediator. Accordingly, the parties are free to approach the learned mediator. 3.

Let a report on the mediation be placed on record of this Court within three weeks.
