Learned counsel for the applicant submits that an incorrect order appears to have been uploaded on the official website of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court.

It is clarified that the order uploaded on the website was, in fact, passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.3300/2024, which was listed at Serial No. 45 on the board of that date. 5.

It is further clarified that the present matter, when it was listed on 29th September 2025 before this Court, the same was adjourned to 6th October 2025, and the only order passed in that matter was "stand over to 6th October, 2025." 6.

The order dated 29th September. 2025 be corrected accordingly.

By consent of the parties stand over to 10th November, 2025.
