By this Interim Application, the Applicant seeks restoration of aforesaid Writ Petition to its original file. Delay, if any, is also sought to be condoned.

Perused the Application. It appears that the aforesaid Writ Petition came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections. Shivgan 1/2

74-ia-12955-2024.doc The reason for not removing the office objections has been set out in paragraph 3 of the Application. Having perused the said paragraph, we find that 'Sufficient Cause' has been made out for restoration of the Writ Petition to its original file.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed and the aforesaid Writ Petition is restored back to its original file. Delay, if any, is also condoned.

Office objections to be removed within three weeks from today.

If office objections are removed, place the Writ Petition for Admission on 14th July 2025.
