The Applicant has filed this application for condonation of delay of 161 days caused in filing Second Appeal. 2.
Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties. 3.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant being the agriculturist and illiterate person was not aware about the limitation. Therefore, the delay was caused. Gaikwad RD 1/2

The counsel for Respondents objected the application stating that the reason given by the Applicant is not sufficient to condone the delay. Hence, prayed to reject the application. 5.
Considering the reason given in the application, the application is allowed.
