Having heard the learned counsel for the Appellant as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay. In these circumstances, the delay is condoned.

Now that the delay is condoned, the Appellant shall remove all other office objections within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
