Original claimants have filed this application for joining Laxmibai Vadya Kokani and Vadya Harsing Kokani as party respondents to the present appeal. It is contended that they are the parents of the deceased and therefore they are required to be added as party respondents.

Learned counsel for the Insurer opposes that. 3.

There cannot be any dispute made with regard to the fact that the parents of the deceased are necessary party to any application for claim.

It seems that in the original proceedings they were not joined as party.

Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6.

Learned counsel for the claimants makes a statement that he will file appearance on their behalf.

By consent of both sides to be heard finally on the next date of hearing.
