Since two rounds of appointment of the arbitrator are said to have been effected and this is an Application for substitution of the arbitrator yet again, Learned Counsel for the Respondent contends that the Applicant is delaying the proceeding by not pursuing his own Application. He seeks liberty to file his own Application under Section 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by his own. Liberty to do so. If such an Application is filed, the same shall be tagged with this Application and heard together.
