By this application petitioner seeks leave to supply fresh addresses of respondent Nos. 9.1, 11, 13 and 17 as mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the application.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

Issue notice to these respondents on fresh address returnable on 12th November, 2024.

INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 13259 OF 20244.

This application is for deletion of names of deceased respondent Nos. 9, 10, 12 and 14 on the ground that their legal heirs are already on record. There is no dispute about the death of these respondents hence applications stands allowed. These names of respondent Nos. 9, 10, 12 and 14 be deleted from the array of respondents. INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 13261 OF 2024 :

This application is for deletion of respondent Nos. 15 and 16 on the ground that they are deceased before the impugned order is passed. 6.

In view fo the above, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Amendment be carried out within two weeks.

Learned AGP has filed affidavit in reply in Writ Petition. The same is taken on record. Copy is made over to the other side. 9.
