The learned advocate for applicant has filed this interim application no. 13322 of 2024 for substitute service by way of publication notice upon respondent nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6. However, office remark discloses that notices issued to said respondents in year 2013 are not returned back till today. Therefore, it will be just and proper to re-issue notices to aforesaid respondents. Therefore, re-issue notices to respondent nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6, returmable by 10 weeks. Till then office is directed to keep this interim application no. 13322 of 2024 in abeyance .
