Learned Counsel for the Applicants (Respondents in Civil Revision Application) states on instructions that she is not pressing the application in view of order dated 19.12.2025 passed in Appeal (L) No. 36704 of 2025 by the Division Bench of this Court. She submits that under clause 4 of the said order, the Registry is already directed to move the Hon'ble Chief Justice (on Administrative side) for passing appropriate orders to have Chamber Summons 159 and 2018 tagged with the above Civil Revision Application No. 882 of 2005. 2.

In view of the prayer made, the interim application is disposed of as not pressed.
