The above Interim Application is filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court pending the final hearing and disposal of the writ petition no.6677 of 2024 be please to pass an order directing the Respondent no.2 and 3 to strictly
comply with the Order dated 07.05.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No.6677 of 2024 and immediately invite the Petitioner for the meetings of planning of the procurement of operations under the Price Support Scheme (PSS) for the Kharif Marketing Season 2024 and permit the Petitioner as State Level Agencies for procurement of operations under the Price Support Scheme (PSS) for the Kharif Marketing Season 2024;
(b) That pending the hearing and final disposal of the writ petition no.6677 of 2024, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order directing the Respondent no.3, NAFED MUMBAI shall sign Memorandum of Understanding with petitioner immediately before commencement of the registration of the farmers and allocations of the procurement centers with clear provisions of procumbent modalities and corrective measures in view of the Government Resolution (GR) dated 16th February 2024; (c) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order directing the Respondents to comply with Government Resolution (GR) dated 16th February 2024, and previous decisions regarding the appointment of State Level Agencies (SLAs), including petitioner as a State Agency for the Price Support Scheme (PSS);"

As far as prayer clauses (b) and (c) are concerned, the same cannot be granted at this stage. As far as the prayer clause (a) is concerned, the learned AGP, on instructions, states that the Petitioner's name will be included in the list with other eligible organizations called
for submission of documents. The Petitioner will be issued a Letter to submit the documents by Friday i.e. namely 11th October 2024. Once this is the statement made, we find that the relief sought in prayer clause (a) is already redressed.

We, therefore, dispose of the above Interim Application by recording the aforesaid statement as an undertaking given to the Court. 4.
It is needless to clarify that the Petitioner shall be entitled to apply for prayer clauses (b) and (c), if the need so arises in the future, and if it is entitled to in law.
