This Application is moved for urgent relief. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the order passed by this Court dated 30th September 2025 was not complied with and as a result of which, the decree sought to be executed against the Appellant. On instructions, she undertakes to deposit the amount as per order dated 30th September 2025 by tomorrow. The statement is accepted as an undertaking.

In view of this, the interim relief to continue till 24th November 2025.

It is clarified that, if the amount is not deposited by tomorrow during the working hours i.e. on 20th November 2025. the extension of the order dated 30th September 2025 shall stands vacated forthwith.
