By these Interim Applications, the petitioners, who are students pursuing the M.B.B.S. Course in the First Year, seek declaration of results of the examinations that were held in August 2024. 2.

We have perused the earlier orders passed in the present Writ Petitions.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the supplementary examinations are now scheduled on 14th October 2024 and today is the last date for submission of examination forms. If the petitioners' results are not declared, they would lose one academic year.

Shri Shetye, the learned counsel for the respondent no.6 - Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, submits to the orders of the Court.

Accordingly and subject to the outcome of the Writ Petitions, the respondent no.6 shall declare the results of the petitioners with regard to the First Year of M.B.B.S. Course that was conducted on August 2024. In case, the petitioners are required to appear for the supplementary examination, the college shall accept their forms immediately. These directions are subject to final outcome of the Writ
