The Interim Application No.13447 of 2024 is filed to delete the name of 'Bhagyashree B. Deshmukh', who is Applicant No.2.

Shri Narendra N. Deshmukh, who is Advocate as well as Applicant No.1 has moved this Interim Application to delete the name of 'Bhagyashree B. Deshmukh' on account of her death on 11th August 2024.

The Death Certificate is appended alongwith Interim Application.

The Registrar is vested with the power to dispose of the applications for amendment or memoranda of appeals or applications by correction of the description of the parties or deletion of the names of

parties, where there is no contest by virtue of Rule 3 (c) of Chapter II of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.

The learned Advocate has submitted that he has served the copy of Interim Application upon other side. The Registry did not receive any objection.

In turn, by virtue of powers conferred upon the Registrar, the Applicant is permitted to delete the name of 'Bhagyashree B. Deshmukh' from Cause Title of Civil Revision Application No.108 of 2019.
