Pursuant to order dated 9th October 2024, the applicant-petitioner has filed an affidavit-of-compliance initially dated 17th October 2024 and thereafter by another affidavit dated 9th January 2025. 1/2 913-IA-13478-2024.doc Dixit

According to the learned counsel for the respondent no.1, in view of condition 4(v) of the said order, the source of income used for funding the expenses incurred by the applicant-petitioner is required to be disclosed. In the affidavit as filed, the applicant has stated that all expenses were incurred by her friend who has been named in paragraph 4 of the affidavit dated 9th January 2025.

In our view, this would be sufficient compliance of condition 4(v) of the order dated 9th October 2024 as the applicant-petitioner herself has not incurred any expenses and all expenses were borne by her friend. 4.
