2] By an order dated 09/10/2024 permission was granted to the petitioner to travel abroad on various conditions. One such condition was as per paragraph 4(iv) of the said order that an amount of Rs 50 lakhs shall be deposited in this Court and that amount was to be returned after the petitioner complied with the other conditions contained in that order. Since other conditions have now been complied with, an amount of Rs 50 lakhs with accrued interest is permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner. Order accordingly.
