After the above Writ Petition was argued for some time and we were not inclined to entertain it, Mr. Nankani, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 2.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

In view of the dismissal of the above Writ Petition, nothing survives in any of the pending Interim Applications and the same are disposed of accordingly.
