By this Interim Application, the Petitioners, who are students pursing the M.B.B.S. Course in the First Year, seek declaration of results of the examinations that were held in August 2024. 2.
The learned Counsel for the Petitioners refers to the order dated 02 January 2024 passed by the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 27619 of 2023. He submits that the supplementary examinations are now scheduled on 14th October 2024 and today is the last date for submission of examination forms. If the Petitioners' results are not declared, they would lose one 1/2

academic year.

Mr. Shetye, the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.9 - Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik submits to the orders of the Court.

Accordingly and subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition, the Respondent No.9 shall declare the results of all the Petitioners with regard to the First Year of M.B.B.S. Course that was conducted on August 2024. In case, the Petitioners are required to appear for the supplementary examination, the college shall accept their forms immediately. These directions are subject to final outcome of the Writ Petition and the Petitioners shall not claim any equity.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
