Interim Application has been preferred seeking direction to the Petitioner to remain present before the Sub Registrar's Office for the purpose of execution of Sale-Deed. Vide order dated 21st August, 2024, this Court had recorded the agreement of the Petitioner that she is ready to remain present for execution of the Sale-Deed in favour of the proposed-purchaser. Subsequently, it appears that the proposed-purchaser backed out from the transaction and thereafter, there is another purchaser who has agreed to purchase the property.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner who is present in Court, submits that the Petitioner will remain present before the Sub Registrar's Office for the purpose of execution of Sale-Deed on 26th November, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. The statement made by the Petitioner is accepted as undertaking given to this Court.
