Yesterday, these interim applications alongwith second appeal were taken up on production board as it was mentioned that the possession warrant was issued. I had dictated order granting interim protection and directed to be listed on 11th November 2024. However, later on it was pointed out that there is delay in filing the second appeal and interim application for condonation of delay was pending.

Hence, the appeal was directed to be listed today for 'directions'.

Since, there is a delay in filing the application, the application is first required to be heard.
