This is yet another matter where the staff of the second appeal department has prepared a back dated report dated 19th April 2025. Case note dated 17th April 2025, records that 'as per court's order dated 10th March 2025 office report is kept herewith'. 2.

In the first session, since the office report was not found in the record, the application was kept back to enable the concerned officer of the second appeal department to place on record the report referred in the case note.

In the second session, a fresh report with the signature dated Page no. 1 of 2

11-ia-13543-2024-sa-35-2011.doc 19th April 2025 is placed on record. On a query made about the same, I was informed that the report is prepared today. 4.

Inspite of the various directions issued in the various matters for preparing proper case note, the directions are not followed. 5.

Office is directed to place this order alongwith the papers before the learned Registrar(Judicial-I) for making necessary inquiry as to why the concerned officer from the second appeal department prepared a back dated report.

INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 13543 OF 2024 .

Learned advocate for the appellant is at liberty to serve private notice of the application to the advocate who had filed application for the sole respondent in the second appeal. 7.
