The captioned First Appeal takes exception to the order dated 18th July 2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge in LC Suit No.

502-FAST-26339-2024+.DOC 310 of 2009, by which the Suit was decreed against the Appellants who were the Defendants to the said Suit.

Today, circulation was granted since an application for an urgent ad-interim relief was made in as much as continuation of the stay which has been in force since the year 2009. Pursuant to the directions of this Court, notice of today's application was given to the Respondent-Corporation and other Respondents. None present for the Respondents.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellants submits that an Affidavit of Service to that effect has been filed. Given the limited protection for ad-interim relief, I deem it fit to grant a limited ad-interim relief. Parties are directed to maintain status quo and no further steps are to be taken pursuant to the impugned order until the next date.

List the matter on 15th January 2025 for hearing on the interim relief for stay.
