This Interim Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 2,584 days in filing the private paper book and seeking to take on record the private paper book.

I have perused the Application. The Application makes out some case for condonation of delay. However, in my view, the delay will have to be condoned subject to payment of costs.

In these circumstances, the delay of 2,584 days in filing private paper book is condoned subject to payment of Rs.5000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library.
