Heard Mr. Vyas, learned Advocate for Applicant / Petitioner. 2.

Mr. Vyas makes a grievance that urgent indulgence is required since notice has been received by the Petitioner with respect to taking over possession of the properties on 22.10.2024. He would therefor persuade the Court to hear the Petitioner. He would equally inform and submit that the Respondent is represented by an Advocate and the Advocate has filed his vakalatnama in the Contempt Petition. 3.

Present Interim Application has been filed in the Contempt Petition seeking directing against Respondent to refrain from making allegations against the Petitioner, that the Petitioner is not cooperating for the sale of the subject property.

Mr. Vyas makes also a grievance that Petitioner is unaware about the exact nature of the allegations also. I am informed that copy of the Interim Application has already been served on the Respondent and Court has also directed to file Reply, which has not been filed till date.

Copy of this order shall be served on the Advocate for Respondent in the Contempt Petition and he is directed to take appropriate instructions and appear on 21st October 2024 to enable this Court to hear the present Interim Application and Contempt Petition.

Stand over to 21st October 2024. To be placed under the caption "First on Board".
