Shri Narendra N. Deshmukh, who is Advocate as well as Petitioner No.1 has moved this Interim Application to delete the name of 'Bhagyashree B. Deshmukh' on account of her death on 11th August 2024.

The death certificate is appended alongwith Interim Application.

The Registrar is vested with the power to dispose of the applications for amendment or memoranda of appeals or applications by correction of the description of the parties or deletion of the names of parties, where there is no contest by virtue of Rule 3 (c) of Chapter II of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.

The learned Advocate has submitted that he has served the copy of Interim Application upon other side. The Registry did not receive any objection.

In turn, by virtue of powers conferred upon the Registrar, the Petitioner is permitted to delete the name of 'Bhagyashree B. Deshmukh' from Cause Title of Review Petition No. 126 of 2024 and Writ Petition No. 7868 of 2022.
