2) In the cause title of Order dated 10th October, 2024, Writ Petition No.7271 of 2024 has been erroneously typed instead of Writ Petition No.7274 of 2024. The correct Writ Petition No. is 7274 of 2024. 1/2

ssm 1-ia13649.2024.doc After effecting necessary corrections, the cause title of Order dated 10th October, 2024 would read as under:- "INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 13649 OF 2024 IN CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO. 7274 OF 2024"

3) Similarly, in Order dated 10th October, 2024 passed in Writ Petition No.7274 of 2024 in paragraph No.2 the word "(Lodging)" between the words Writ Petition and No.27715 of 2024 has erroneously not been added. After adding the said word "(Lodging)", paragraph No.2 would read as under:- "2) To be tagged along with Writ Petition (Lodging) No.27715 of 2024."

4) Both the Orders dated 10th October, 2024 be corrected accordingly and corrected Orders be uploaded on the Official Website of the Bombay High Court.

5) Rest of the Orders remains as it is.

6) Period to carry out amendment in pursuance of Order dated 10th October, 2024 passed in Interim Application No.13649 of 2024 is extended upto 22nd October, 2024.
