By this Interim Application, the applicant-original petitioner, who is a student pursing the M.B.B.S. Course in the First Year, seek declaration of results of the examinations that were held in August 2024. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant-original petitioner refers to the order dated 2nd January 2024 passed by the Supreme Court in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.27619/2023 (Tanmay Rakesh Bhugaonkar Vs. The National Medical Commission and Ors.). He submits that the supplementary examinations are now scheduled on 16th October 2024 and the last date for submission of examination forms was 3rd 1/2 908-IA-13682-2024.doc Dixit

October 2024. If the applicant-petitioner's result is not declared, she would lose one academic year.

Ms. Asha Bhambwani, the learned counsel for the Respondent No.6 - Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik submits to the orders of the Court.

Accordingly and subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition, the Respondent No.6 shall declare the result of the applicant-petitioner with regard to the First Year of M.B.B.S. Course that was conducted in August 2024. In case the applicant-petitioner is required to appear for the supplementary examination, the College shall accept her form immediately. These directions are subject to final outcome of the Writ Petition and the applicant-petitioner shall not claim any equity. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of.

The parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 7.

To be heard along with Writ Petition Nos.1499 of 2024 and 1498 of 2024.
