Interim Application has been preferred for seeking recall of the order dated 19th March, 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) dismissing the Appeal for non supply of the necessary copies in the Registry.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that due to default on part of the advocate's office, the copies could not be submitted within time and the conditional order came into operation. He would further submit that as the advocate on record was not aware of the dismissal of the Appeal, there is delay of 189 days caused in filing the present Application.

The Appeal is at pre admission stage. For the reason stated in the Application, the delay of 189 days is condoned. The order dated 19th March, 2024 stands recalled.
