The aforesaid Interim Application is filed for brining the legal heirs of deceased sole Petitioner on record. The above interim application is filed within period of limitation.

Here reference to provisions under Chapter 2 Rule 3(i) of the High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 may conveniently be made, which empowers the Registrar to dispose of applications for entering on record the names of legal representatives of the deceased parties which are presented in time and/or in which there is no contest.

Having considered the aforesaid factual aspects coupled with the powers vested with the Registrar, the aforesaid Interim Application stands allowed.

The Applicants shall carry out necessary amendments in the matter within 14 days without fail.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants to serve amended copy of the Petition upon the other side.
