1. It is stated that respondent No.7 has expired during the pendency of the present proceedings. Mr. Vaidya, learned Counsel for the appellant/applicant states that necessary steps would be required to be taken by the appellant/applicant. To enable the appellant to do so, stand over to 20 March 2025. In the meantime, steps be taken to serve the remaining respondents.
