These matters were not on board. At 2.30, the learned Advocates representing the Petitioners and the Respondent Educational Trust, moved a motion with a request for taking these matters on board today. They have drawn the consent terms and pray for the disposal of the Petitions. This request is made because all the Petitioners and the representative of the Management, are present in the Court.

In view of the above, by consent, these matters are taken on the production board.

The consent terms are placed before the Court, which are dated 18th December, 2024. The Secretary, the Principal of the Trust, the Petitioners and their Advocates, have signed on the last page of the consent terms (five pages). The Advocates have signed
on each page of the consent terms. The learned Advocates identified their signatures and they have also identified their respective clients, present in the Court. The consent terms are taken on and are marked as 'X' for identification in each of these Petitions. 4.
The learned Advocates for the parties submit that each of the Petitioners have read the consent terms, have identified their signatures and they agree and admit the contents of the consent terms. They submit that no direct or indirect financial burden is created on the State Government or its Education Department and no such burden or any monetary claim would be made against the State Government/Education Department, any time in future. 5.
In view of the above, all the Writ Petitions are disposed off by consent of the parties, in the light of their consent terms. 6.
Rule stands discharged in these petitions.
7.
Pending Interim Applications in these Petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed off.
