The petitioner is permitted to bring the legal representative of deceased respondent No.4 as shown in the cause-title of the application.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos.4A to 4H in WP/11608/2024, returnable on 2nd February, 2026. 8.

In addition to notice through Court, the petitioner is at liberty to serve respondent Nos.4A to 4H by private service and file an affidavit of service.
