No prejudice would be caused to the Respondents, if the amendment is allowed, since the Petitioner would get an opportunity of putting forth his best case.

For the reasons set out, the Interim Application is allowed. The amendment be carried out by 4th January, 2025. The freshly typed amended copy of the memo of the petition shall also be placed on record. The copies be supplied to the learned Advocates.
