Heard learned Counsel for the parties, who are ad idem on the fact that the parties have now arrived at a settlement of all their disputes. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that, pursuant to the settlement, the criminal complaints filed inter se between the parties have also been resolved. The only remaining step is the withdrawal of Suit No.1052 of 2019, filed by the Appellant herein, which is presently pending before the Dindoshi City Civil Court. Learned Counsel further submits that the present Appeal from Order may be disposed of on his undertaking that Suit No.1052 of 2019 will be withdrawn within a period of two weeks from today. Accepting his undertaking, the present Appeal from order is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the Appeal from order, the civil application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
