This application is for fixing early date of hearing of the appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the appellant is a senior citizen early date of hearing may be fixed. 2.

Second appeal is still not ready for final hearing. Even otherwise second appeals since the year 1988 are pending before this court for final hearing. Hence, early date cannot be fixed as prayed.
