The learned Advocate for the Applicant has filed present Interim Application No.13923 of 2024 to serve Respondent Nos.3 to 7 by way of paper publication.

As per office note, the notice issued to Respondent Nos.3 to 7 was returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 09/08/2024, "Not found more inquiry with present person Mr.Naushad Shaikh informed that the Respondent No.5 has gone to native place and returned after one month and he don't know anything about Respondent Nos.3, 4, 6 & 7".

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware of any other address of Respondent Nos.3 to 7. Thus, only option left is to serve

the Respondent Nos.3 to 7 by way of paper publication.

The address of above Respondent Nos.3 to 7 mentioned in the notice is same as mentioned in the Interim Application and in the memo of Civil Revision Application as well as A-1 Appeal No.53 of 2021 in R.A.E.

Suit No.236/396 of 2011 before the Trial Court.

In turn, Interim Application No.13923 of 2024 for paper publication is allowed. Issue paper publication Notice to the Respondent Nos.3 to 7. The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect the publication notice within 02 (two) weeks (excluding Diwali Vacation) and submit service Affidavit with paper cutout within 04 (four) weeks.
