Interim Application has been preferred seeking withdrawal of deposited amount of Rs.13,29,961/- deposited by the appellantInsurance Company pursuant to the impugned order. 2.

Considering that the deceased at the time of accident was aged about 29 years old and claimants are the dependents of the deceased, Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before the Trial Court. Balance 50 % to remain deposited till the hearing and final disposal of the appeal.
